The scan asks for no contact details. We process:
Purpose: to run the scan and to improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing and developing the service. Please do not write personal information about yourself or others in the free-text field.
Retention: 24 months, after which the records are deleted.
If you take the Maturity Audit, we process your name, email, company, role, years in role, industry and your answers.
Purpose: to produce and send your report, and to contact you about the results. Legal basis: your request for the report, and our legitimate interest in following up with you. You can ask us not to contact you at any time.
Retention: 36 months from your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it.

Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the scan, only if you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Declining does not affect the scan. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the scan page.
The page also stores your cookie choice in your browser, so we do not ask again on every visit.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email paula@licencetolead.fi. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
